Your personal data such as name-surname, date of birth, place of birth, Turkish identity number, e-mail address, contact address, registered electronic mail address (KEP), telephone number, payroll information, disciplinary investigation, employment entry document records, resume information, performance evaluation reports. Information in correspondence with judicial authorities, information in the case file, invoice, promissory note and check information, order information, request information, IP address information, website login and logout information, password and passcode information, diploma information, occupational information, surveys, cookie records, personal health information, information regarding criminal convictions may be processed to carry out our commercial and administrative operational processes.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data may be processed for the purposes of ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and individuals who have a business relationship with our Company, conducting satisfaction evaluation activities for our existing customers, managing organizations and events, conducting sales, marketing and purchasing processes, performing finance and accounting transactions, conducting internal audit processes, conducting occupational health and safety activities, fulfilling the obligation to notify relevant/authorized public institutions (Courts, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Ministry of Internal Affairs, etc.), ensuring the implementation of our Company’s human resources policies, conducting information and physical security processes, conducting storage and archive activities, and conducting activities in accordance with the legislation.

Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your data is processed for the purposes listed above, stored securely and is never shared with 3rd parties except for legal regulations and your explicit consent. Your Personal Data may be transferred to authorized public institutions/organizations due to obligations arising from legal regulations such as the TCC, VUK, SGK, Labor Law, OSH Law, Vocational Qualifications Authority Law, Workplace Medicine Regulation, to intermediary financial institutions for the purpose of assessing financial risks, to independent auditing firms for the purpose of conducting audit processes, to institutions providing intermediary/agency services in business travels and organization processes, to our business partners and to local/international organizations from which we receive support in our business processes, within the framework of legal bases and your consent.

Your Rights Listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company using the methods set out below in this Disclosure Text, our Company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is foreseen by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged.
In this context, regarding your personal data;


a) To learn whether personal data has been processed,
b) To request information if personal data has been processed,
c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
ç) To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
d) To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and to request notification of the transaction made in this context to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
e) To request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing are eliminated despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the PDP Law and other relevant laws and to request notification of the transaction made in this context to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
f) To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
g) To request compensation for the damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

Data Controller and Related Person Information Request Methods
You can submit your request regarding the exercise of your rights specified above in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law to our Company in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
